Shipping Methods
All education packs are shipped using the most economical and reliable delivery service available at the time of dispatch. If you have a preferred courier or shipping method, we are happy to accommodate this where possible — please let us know your preference at the time of ordering.
Delivery Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For international delivery enquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order.
Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the time of year, volume of orders, availability of materials and printing lead times.
The current lead time will be advised at the time of enquiry or ordering.
We recommend placing orders well in advance of your required delivery date, especially during peak periods (e.g. back-to-school seasons or holidays).
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the selected delivery method and destination. These will be confirmed with you prior to finalising your order.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. If tracking is available, we will include a tracking number and link so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@inkleworld.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
